Melvin Adekanye

Melvin Adekanye is the founder of JamSocial, an event-tech platform dedicated to gamifying human connection and dismantling the social awkwardness often found at networking gatherings. Driven by his own experiences as an introvert, Melvin transformed a personal project into an international solution, creating digital icebreaker experiences—most notably "Jam Bingo"—that make meeting new people as natural and fun as playing a game.

Since its inception, JamSocial has powered over 100 events across North America and Europe, facilitating thousands of meaningful conversations that might otherwise never have occurred. Melvin’s work bridges the gap between technology and authentic human interaction, helping event organizers foster genuine community engagement. A Computer Science graduate from The King’s University, Melvin combines his technical background with a deep commitment to solving the universal challenge of social isolation in both in-person and virtual spaces.
